MONAVIE JUICE – ACAI BERRY TRICK OR SUPERFOOD?

Yes, another MonaVie juice review. But I bet this MLM review of Monavie Juice will be just a tiny bit different than most of the others you’ve read because it will come from a very unique perspective. If you want to speak directly from someone who has had personal experience as both a Monavie drinker and a Monavie advocate, then you’re definitely in luck because that’s exactly what I’m going to give you right now.

Let me be very clear… I am no longer affiliated with Monavie in any way. Also, no, I’m not a grudge-holding flunkie ex-rep either. Keep in mind that here in this MLM review I’m just going to talk about the Monavie juice; not the company or the compensation curcuma kapseln plan or the business building strategies… just the juice. And you’ll get a very truthful, direct review from someone who only drank it for about a year. So let’s get to that.

Before we examine each Monavie juice individually, let’s examine the “key ingredient” in all of Monavie’s products, the acai berry. While each of the three Monavie juice blends contains 19 different fruits, all of which offer exceptional health benefits, it’s undeniable that acai berries are the stars of the Monavie show, and with good reason. The reason there is so much hype surrounding the acai berry and acai berry drinks and pills is because there are tons of scientific studies backing the nutritional value of this superfood. There is no room for reservations about the benefits that this fruit offers to your body.

One of the main reasons for the popularity of Monavie juice is their unique freeze-drying process, which offers a quality of acai powder that is unmatched in the industry and has an ORAC score (a measure of antioxidant power) higher than any other fruit or vegetable tested to date, on a gram-for-gram basis,” according to the Monavie corporate page. As you’ve probably already figured out, not all methods of processing acai berries are created equal, so not all are Acai Berry Products Equal In truth, many acai products give this little Brazilian berry a bad rap for being harvested and processed in a way that contains virtually all of its beneficial nutrients and polyphenols (a powerful family of antioxidants that help neutralize harmful effects that free radicals can wreak on your body) directly from the acai berries, rendering them pretty much useless.

The quality of the acai berries in any Monavie juice is definitely one of the places where Monavie shines, so they pretty much get 5 stars for quality and I think you’re going to have a pretty hard time disputing that. But what about the health benefits that Monavie drinkers are talking about? Here now understand clearly that the company makes no medical claims about their product. If they did, the product would fall under the category of drug and would then be under FDA control. Instead, like every other health and wellness supplement company out there, they can only offer broad benefits along with the scientifically proven value of the antioxidants in their products.

In fact, with this little disclaimer, you can uncover literally thousands of testimonials about the health benefits of all three Monavie juice blends. If you want to read some of them, just type “Monavie Testimonials” into a Google search window and you’ll get over 800,000 results to look at. Since you have access to all of this information yourself, I will just share what drinking Monavie Active has done for me and my husband Clint while we were drinking it.

We both started sleeping better almost immediately, which was a great blessing for Clint as his back had been waking him up several times a night for years. After drinking Monavie Active for just a week, Clint also noticed a significant decrease in his back pain, which has been an issue for pretty much his entire adult life. And we both experienced great relief from our seasonal allergies, which have been getting progressively worse since we moved here to central Texas.

I myself accept slight joint problems and always struggle with my weight and my energy. In the year (give or take) of drinking the Active blend of Monavie juice, I’ve had virtually no joint pain, severely cut down on my coffee drinking, had tons of energy, kept my weight in a manageable range was satisfied and felt great! Clint drank 2 ounces day and night and I drank 3 but to be honest we both enjoyed the taste and the feeling we would have enjoyed it so much we would have had it by the glass if we had the money the time. We just loved it. So for my part I have to give 5 stars for both the taste and the health benefits. However, I recognize that everybody is different and everyone experiences different results at different speeds. And I’m sure I don’t need to mention that everyone has different tastes.

Alright, let’s take a quick look at the different types of Monavie juice blends that Monavie offers. When I was associated with the company, they only had Monavie Original and Monavie Active, but they’ve since expanded their product line, so let’s take a look at what each of the three acai juice blends offers along with the all-natural “energy drink.” offer now. As stated on Monavie’s corporate website, all three Monavie juice blends contain *AçaVie ™ – the purest and most potent form of Açai available.

MonaVie Essential ™ is a blend of 19 beneficial fruits, including AçaVie, along with this list of fruits: Apple, Grape, Pear, Chokeberry, Plum, Kiwi, Cranberry, Blackcurrant, Blueberry, Pomegranate, Wolfberry, Camu Camu, Maqui, Acerola , Banana, Cupuaçu, Blueberry, Jabuticaba.

MonaVie Active® is a blend of the same 19 beneficial fruits along with scientifically validated glucosamine that targets joint mobility and flexibility.

MonaVie Pulse ™ focuses on heart health and is a combination of 19 fruits (some of them different than the other 2 juices) plus resveratrol and plant sterols*, which have been shown to help lower cholesterol, as stated on Monavie’s corporate website. In addition to AçaVie ™, this “cardioprotective” Monavie juice, said to support optimal cellular health and healthy cholesterol levels, contains Grape, Pineapple, Apple, Pomegranate, Prickly Pear, Elderberry, Raspberry, Blueberry, Blueberry, Cherry, Maqui, Cranberry, Strawberry, Chokeberry , acerola, cupuaçu, jabuticaba, camu camu.

Last but not least is the new and contemporary MonaVie EMV®, a proprietary blend of antioxidant-rich fruits, including Brazilian superfruits açai and maqui, and natural energy sources. According to Monavie’s corporate website*, “this lightly carbonated formula boosts performance, endurance, and focus by elevating your energy levels and keeping them there—without a subsequent crash,” and features Açai, Apple, Grape, Pear, Acerola, Cupuaçu, and Camu Camu, Palatinose, D-Ribose, Guarana, Green Tea, Cha de Burge, Maca, Yerba Mate, Panax Ginseng and L-Tyrosine. I actually had the chance to drink a Monavie EMV with citrus just the other day and really enjoyed it.

Well, I think we’ve covered all the important things in this Monavie Juice review, except for the issue of price. Basically, for a lot of people, the juice is a bit pricey because most people in this country live paycheck to paycheck or just a little above that level. Anything not specifically budgeted for is hard for most of these folks to afford on a monthly basis (which is of course why they offer you the option of becoming a rep to try and get your Monavie juice paid for by others). But it definitely compares and competes with the market, and the old adage “you get what you pay for” is absolutely true in this case. I have personally tried a wide range of acai berry drinks and acai pills online and in stores and the only thing I have to say here is that they were only worth trying. If you want quality, you have to pay for it.
